Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management software.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

- Insurance license is a plus but not required; we will provide training.
