TAG is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing top-notch service and innovative solutions to our clients. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Agency Development Manager to join our team and drive growth across our network of independent agents.

Job Description:
As an Agency Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our agency network and fostering strong relationships with our members. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, mentoring agency owners, and implementing strategies to drive profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit new agencies to join our network.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing agency members.
  • Provide training, support, and mentorship to agency owners to help them achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute marketing and sales strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor agency performance and implement improvement plans where necessary.
  • Represent the company at industry events and meetings.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in agency development, business development, or a similar role within the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance market, including products and distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
