About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Territory Recruiter to join our team at The Affinities Group in Fayetteville, AR. As a Territory Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top insurance agency talent to join our company and help us achieve our goals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential insurance agencies through various sourcing methods
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
- Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding
- Utilize recruiting tools and platforms to attract and connect with candidates
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruiting and/or insurance experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices and techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
