About the Role
- As a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, providing exceptional service to our clients, and helping them find the best insurance solutions to meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service to personal lines clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assess personal lines client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, process policies, and ensure accurate coverage
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance
- Active insurance license in OK
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
